SESSION 3 – MONDAY 8TH MAY – SITTING WITH THINGS AS THEY ARE.
Practice 1 – Sitting with the breath, the body and sound and releasing thoughts.
Practice 2 – The three minute breathing space.
SESSION 4 – MONDAY 22ND MAY – STAYING PRESENT. RESPONDING RATHER THAN REACTING.
Practice 1 – Resting with sounds and sight (15minute meditation)
Practice 2 – The Coping breathing space (5-10minutes of explanation of the practice)
Practice 3 – Breathing in awareness of the breath, body and sound, then resting in awareness of thoughts, feelings and emotions.
SESSION 5 – MONDAY 29TH MAY – PRACTISING DEALING WITH DIFFICULTIES.

SESSION 7 – MONDAY 12TH JUNE – PERCEPTION AND TRIGGER FACTORS.

Practice 2 – Basic loving kindness practice (15minute sitting practice).
SESSION 8 – MONDAY 26TH JUNE – BRINGING IT ALL TOGETHER.
