INSIGHT

We will be running an 8-week Introduction to Insight course on Zoom starting in September 2022.

Before you begin your course please read the article (link as below) entitled “Introduction to Insight Practice – some preliminary points to consider before you start”.

INTRODUCTION TO INSIGHT PRACTICE – BEFORE YOU START.

Peter will be resuming the ongoing Insight groups in the autumn.

All the meditations on this site are free to listen to and download.

Please note that some recordings have background noise as they were made in ‘live’ group situations.
