1. Deep relaxing body scan
2. Basic sitting meditation practice.
SESSION 3 – Meditations recorded on Monday the 21st November 2016.
1. Sitting with sound (10mins).
2. 3 minute breathing space – instruction and meditation.
3. Sitting with thoughts – 25minute formal practice.
SESSION 4 – Meditations recorded on Monday the 5th December 2016.
1. Sitting with difficult thoughts – 20minute formal practice.
2. 3minute coping space – explanation and practice.
SESSION 5 – Meditations recorded on Monday the 12th December 2016.
1. Deep relaxation practice – 20minute formal relaxation.
2. Going with the flow – 30minute sitting meditation allowing thoughts, feelings and emotions to flow through awareness.
SESSION 6 – Meditations recorded on Monday the 19th December 2016.
1. Sitting and resting with thoughts and the processes of the mind (20minutes)
2. Brief teaching about self-criticism and self-compassion.
3. Self-Compassion meditation – 30minutes (with snoring!).
SESSION 7 – Meditations recorded on Monday the 9th January 2017.
1. Resting and observing the flow of thought (deeply relaxing 30minute meditation)
2. Reflecting on the processes of the mind (15minute meditation)
SESSION 8 – Meditations recorded on Monday the 16th January 2017.
1. Compassionate body scan (30minutes).
2. Compassionate safe space (25minutes).
