7. “Being grateful to be alive” deep body scan – a 40 minute body scan recorded at the “Being positive” study day on Friday the 16th February.

8. “Breathing awareness into the body” body scan meditation. A 30minute body scan recorded in the Chapel of the RNI at the Thursday morning mindfulness session on the 22nd February 2018.

9. “The least sensation body scan” – a 30minute body scan going deeply into the body to be aware of even the least sensation and finishing with sensations floating in awareness. Recorded in the Chapel of the RNI on Thursday the 8th March 2018.

10. “Judgement day” body scan – a 35minute body scan looking at the manner in which we judge the experience of our bodily sensations. Recorded at the “Judgement Day”study day on the 16th March.

11. “The softness of awareness” body scan – nearly 40minute long and recorded in the Chapel of the RNI on Thursday the 22nd March 2018.

12. “Dissolving the boundaries” body scan. A 40minute body scan recorded at the study day on Friday the 13th April 2018 with the intention of looking at the sense of separation of ourselves from others.

13. “Body and mind scan”. A 35minute scan of the body followed by the mind and linking the two. Recorded in the Chapel of the RNI on Thursday the 19th April.

14. “Breathing awareness into the body” body scan – a 20minute body scan practice that seems to make scanning the body seem a more active process. Recorded at the Chapel of the RNI on Thursday the 10th May 2018.

16. A “Feeling” body scan – 35minutes feeling into the body, feeling the sensations and the responses/activity of the mind in relation to them. Practising feeling rather than thinking. Recorded on Tuesday the 10th March 2020 during an online meditation session.

17. The “wanting” body scan – looking at how we are always wanting things to be different than they are. The importance of wanting in driving us around the cycle of suffering. The subtleties of wanting, the strength of wanting and how it can apply to almost everything in our lives. 35minutes.
