8-week Compassion Course on Zoom
Would you like to develop more compassion in your life?
Compassion can be defined as the ability to recognise the suffering of ourselves and of others and take action to help. It is a tangible expression of love for those who are suffering that motivates people to go out of their way to relieve the physical, mental, or emotional pains of others and themselves.
Join Rhona Mackenzie and Jan Grigg for this new course which is suitable for people who have undertaken an 8-week beginners course and/or have a regular meditation practice.
We’ll explore themes including self-criticism and self-compassion, as well as compassion and our common humanity with a programme of guided meditations, discussions in breakout rooms, poetry and mindful movement.
