INTRODUCTION TO INSIGHT PRACTICE
If you’re keen on taking your mindfulness meditation to the next level and gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, then insight meditation might be just what you need. We’re starting small group teaching sessions this autumn, especially for those who are new to insight meditation. The sessions will be held online using Zoom, with groups of no more than 3 people. This allows for a more flexible and personalised approach to learning. If you’re interested in joining us, just drop Peter Wilkes a line at peterwilkes239@gmail.com. We’d love to have you join us and explore the benefits of insight meditation with Dr Peter Wilkes of the Glen Mindfulness Group and colleagues from the Highland Mindfulness Group.
