This page provides the audio recordings from the NHS Highland Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course which is being run in May and June 2025 in collaboration with the Highland Mindfulness Group. It also contains the recordings from a previous MBSR course which was run as a collaborative venture between the HMG and NHS Highland in May and June 2024.
